It’s week of Halloween and we’ve been hiding candy…!
We are thinking about pumpkin patches, haunted houses and scary movies!
CALGARY is the best city to celebrate Halloween.
If you are new to Calgary or you have lived here for a long time; you are sure to enjoy the many events the city has to offer… here are a few worth contemplating:
HAUNTED HOUSES AND GHOST TOURS
Calgary Ghost Tours takes you through downtown Kensington and Inglewood to learn about the city’s haunted history.
(inner city neighborhoods: awesome to live in)
Haunted Calgary at New Horizon Mall.
The attraction is called WICKED.
Nightmare Creations’ THE ASYLUM in Bowness
And of course lets not forget SCREAMFEST on the Stampede grounds with six different haunted houses, carnival games and much more.

Candlelight: A haunted Evening of Halloween at Lantern Community Church features a string quartet
The Halloween Howler at The Grey Eagle Event Centre (October 28th) features Steel Panther, Black Stone Cherry and the Congregation.
Halloween 80s Dance Party at the Wild Horse Pub (Oct 29th) live music from Silly Wrabbit get costumed up and dance the night away.
FOR THE KIDDOS
Harvest Pumpkin Festival at Butterfield Acres meet the farm animals, ride a pony, go through the corn maze and take a wagon ride through Scarecrow Alley.
ZooBoo at the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo where your kiddos can go trick-or-treating through the Zoo while watching the animals.
These events are just a few things happening in our great City!!!
